Customer Data Platform for entertainment organizations
Arenametrix is one of the first European start-ups to develop a Customer Data Platform for the cultural and sports world. "Most of the ticketing players are sitting on an untapped gold mine", explains Ludovic Bordes, co-founder of Arenametrix. "Spectators are leaving more and more information about how they consume: when they buy a ticket online, a football scarf in a shop or when they write a comment on a guest book in a museum. Arenametrix creates value with this data."
Together with their team, Kevin Vitoz and Ludovic Bordes, two engineers trained at ENSAE and then at HEC, have developed with Arenametrix a predictive CRM software solution to enable the event industry players to manage their customers. The solution analyzes audiences and fill rates in real time and provides specific recommendations on the marketing and communication strategy to be adopted.
Organizations thus benefit from a global view of the habits and needs of their audience, which helps them implement marketing actions on all types of channels.
The start-up is aimed at all organisers of sports, cultural and leisure events, i.e. around 20,000 players in France. Today it has over one hundred clients, such as the Théâtre du Châtelet, the Musée Grévin, the Domaine de Chantilly, the Girondins de Bordeaux, the OGC Nice, amusement parks and festivals such as the Printemps de Bourges... with also first clients in Switzerland, Belgium and the United Kingdom.
