It was in New York, in 2015, that entrepreneurs Hugo Facchin and Jules Marcilhacy met. Hugo was head of the Operations Department at Try The World, a monthly food box, in charge of manufacturing and shipping more than 50,000 boxes per month. Jules was Head of Growth at AdoreMe, an Internet lingerie offering with over 1 million customers.
In France, 50% of dietary supplements are sold in pharmacies, often with a lack of professional advice. Hugo and Jules saw the opportunity to launch a fully personalized service in France combining vitamins, vital elements and plant extracts in a monthly box: in 2019, Cuure was born.
It all starts with a 5-minute online questionnaire to identify the client's needs and priorities. The first cure is 30 days and is shipped no later than 48 hours after the order. The customer can suspend it at any time and then resume it a la Netflix. The monthly box is not immutable and its composition can vary according to priorities (stress, weight, fatigue, digestion, etc.).
The offer is aimed at a wide audience. As of June 2020, the start-up has convinced more than 10,000 customers. The team has developed its own OMS (Order Management System) and internalized its logistics.
Cuure has also started commercializing in the rest of Europe with pilots in Germany, Italy, Spain and the United Kingdom.
