Rabot has developed a solution that optimizes the packing process for fulfilment warehouses via computer vision and machine learning.

Rabot uses computer vision to analyze the packing process. A camera (doesn’t matter what type as long as digital) is installed on top of the packing station, and identifies:

• The number of items picked and placed in the box
• If it was the correct items
• Whether additional steps (insert coupons, bubble wrap, invoice, wrap the package) were correctly performed
• The time each step has taken

The product provides full QA visibility and so far has improved productivity by 20% on average.
