Volara drives guest engagement in hotels.

It provides an easy and fun way for guests to request services, obtain referrals, and generally engage with hotel staff and services without bothering to use a landline phone.

With Volara hotel guests can ask questions to a hotel concierge, a valet, request housekeeping or an groom. The software is integrated into virtual assistants like Amazon Echo and immediately communicates requests to staff. Responses to customer inquiries are tailored to the hotel's unique voice and are easily updated in real time by hotel staff.

Volara is already operational at the JW Marriott in San Antonio, the Alexis Hotel by Kimpton in Seattle, TheWit by Hilton DoubleTree in Chicago, the Marina Del Rey Hotel and the EMC2 Hotel by the Autograph Collection. Still counting.

The company is based in NYC and is a 500 Startups alumni.
